2024 WCA Fall Conference Exhibitor & Advertisement Form
About this event
The Wisconsin Counseling Association Executive Board invites you to consider exhibiting at the Annual Conference November 8-9, 2024 in Madison, WI. We would also like to invite you to consider sponsoring our event and/or purchasing advertisement space in our program book. This is a great opportunity for you to showcase your business or sell your products at our conference! Please note, you must purchase an exhibitor table in order to sell product at our conference.

Please note space is limited. Submit your request early to ensure prime placement at conference.

- Half Page Ad $ 150 *FULL*
- Table and Half Page Ad $ 350 *FULL*
Exhibitors
Deadline for exhibitor requests: November 4, 2024
- Exhibitor prices include a maximum of one meal per representative, up to 2 representatives, for Saturday's lunch as well as break food/beverages. One representative cannot receive two meals.
- Exhibitors will receive prime space based on when payment is received and spaces are limited.
- Exhibitors are responsible for supplying any audio/visual equipment that is needed. This includes power strips, video equipment, laptops, and extension cords.
- Exhibitors may begin setting up their table on Friday, Nov. 8 at 9am and breakdown at 5pm. Setup starts Saturday Nov 9 at 7am and breakdown at 4:30pm. Exhibitors will be in the same location both days. The opportunity to keep items overnight at your assigned table is not guaranteed. Please be prepared to remove all items Friday evening. In the event you leave items overnight, you will assume all responsibility of your items and WCA is not responsible for any losses and/or damage.
Advertisements
Deadline for advertisement requests: *FULL*
- Ads must be 5.5 inches long/vertical by 8.5 inches wide/horizontal.
- Ads must be sent in JPEG or PNG format.
- Please e-mail your ad space to wisconsincounseling@gmail.com (by Nov. 4)
The WCA reserves the right to refuse exhibit space and advertisements to any person or company.
Liability: By submitting this form, your agency/company understands that neither the conference hotel nor WCA can or will be held responsible for damage to or loss or theft of property belonging to, or injury to, any exhibitor, his agent, employees, business invitees, visitors, or guests. Refunds will be provided if a government system(local, state, federal) prohibits this conference from operating. We are unable to provide refunds for any other circumstances.
There will be a block of hotel rooms for people attending the WCA Conference at the reduced rate of $119.00 plus taxes/fees per night. Please call the DoubleTree by Hilton Madison East at 608.244.4703 and mention the Wisconsin Counseling Association group rate or code WCA to reserve your room. Please note if exhibitors wish to attend sessions during the conference, you will not earn CEs. If you wish to earn CEs for the conference, you will have to pay a fee of $25 per CE or register for the conference.
