  • WCA Annual Conference in Madison  - October 3 - 4 , 2025

Call for Presentation Proposals

Submissions are now being accepted for our annual conference to be held in Madison, WI. Presentations will occur on both Friday, October 3 and Saturday, October 4, 2025. Session proposals are due by July 1. All presenters with accepted session proposals must register for the conference by September 1.

Call for Conference Exhibitors

Interested in advertising your business in our conference program or having a table at our conference? If so, we invite you to consider exhibiting at our annual conference. Please note, you must purchase an exhibitor table in order to sell product at our conference. 

We have several options available at various price points to suit your specific needs. Click below for more information and to sign up. The deadline for an exhibitor request is September 25, 2025.

Call for Student Poster Proposals

Submissions for graduate student posters are now being accepted for our annual conference to be held in Madison, WI. All presentations will occur on Saturday, October 4, 2025. WCA will start notifying accepted presentations on a rolling basis on September 1. If space is available, WCA will accept poster proposals through September 15.


This opportunity is open to any current graduate student in a counseling program. Each student included in the proposal must be present for the poster presentation. Students will present new and useful information in an area of counseling. Students may present on research or other projects that have been completed during their time as a graduate student. During the poster presentation slot, students will be present with their poster and answer any questions that attendees may have. Your work should be presented on a tri-fold board.  Students may also choose to bring handouts.

The Wisconsin Counseling Association is an NBCC Approved Continuing Education ProviderTM  Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Wisconsin Counseling Association is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.
WCA is approved to provide continuing education for Wisconsin Professional Counselors, Marriage and Family Therapists, and Social Workers under Chapter MPSW 19.03 of the Administrative code.
