The Wisconsin Counseling Association is an NBCC Approved Continuing Education Provider^TM , ACEP No. 2050. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Wisconsin Counseling Association is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.

There will be a block of hotel rooms for people attending the WCA Conference at the reduced rate of $119.00 plus taxes/fees per night. Registration is required before Wednesday, November 6, 2024 at 12:00 AM

Payment In Full In Advance Only

No refunds after October 22. Refunds are subject to a $15 processing fee. Refunds may take between 5-10 business days to process.

Please be aware that if this event should require cancellation at the demand of the government, hotel, or local authorities, then full conference registration fee will be refunded, less credit card processing fees for non-members. Refunds will not be provided under any other circumstances after the October 22 deadline.
Circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers, and/or topics. WCA reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary.

Cancellation Policy:

Please note there will be a $15 cancellation fee for any individual who cancels their registration. Deadline for cancellations is October 22.
